Mrs. Karishma Jeet Kotecha is a certified counselor and the founder of JK EduCounsel – A Venture of JK Academy, dedicated to empowering students and supporting parents through structured, research-based guidance. With extensive experience in student behavior, academic planning, and emotional development, she has become a trusted mentor for families seeking clarity in their child’s educational journey. Her expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of counseling services, including Student–Parent Counseling, Career & Stream Selection Guidance, Time Management Coaching, Stress & Emotion Management, Parenting Consultations, and DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) Assessments. Through her personalized counseling approach, she helps students understand their strengths, learning styles, and innate intelligences, enabling them to make informed academic and career decisions. Mrs. Kotecha’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child has unique potential, and with the right environment, awareness, and support, they can excel both academically and personally. She works closely with students to enhance focus, confidence, and productivity, and collaborates with parents to create a nurturing and supportive ecosystem at home. Mrs. Nisha Heet Kotecha
Mrs. Nisha Heet Kotecha is a certified Career Counselor , and a dedicated mentor and Co-founder of JK EduCounsel – A Venture of JK Academy, committed to guiding students toward clarity, confidence, and purpose-driven career decisions. With a strong academic background and professional experience as an MBA (Finance) graduate and former BBA Professor, she brings a blend of industry knowledge, academic expertise, and practical insight to her counseling approach. Her core areas of work include Career Counseling, College Guidance, Academic Planning, Skill Development Roadmaps, and Student Motivation Sessions. She is known for breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable, and action-oriented strategies that help students understand what to choose, why to choose, and how to prepare for their future. She works closely with students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and career personality traits using structured tools and assessments. She guides students in building clarity about courses, career paths, and college admissions, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions after 10th, 11th, and 12th. Her counseling style is rooted in empathy, clarity, and realistic planning. She ensures every student feels heard, supported, and motivated. By integrating, career opportunities, and future skills, she prepares students to become future-ready in a rapidly evolving world.
